Effective July 4, 2026 · These terms govern your use of the BeKaizen app and bekaizen.app.
BeKaizen is a training decision-support tool. It is not a medical device, a doctor, a licensed dietitian, a therapist, or a substitute for any of them. Its guidance is educational and informational. Consult a physician before starting or changing a training or nutrition program, especially if you have any medical condition, injury, or are pregnant.
If the app ever surfaces mental-health or medical resources, take them seriously. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number, or in the US call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). The app is not an emergency service.
Physical training carries inherent risk — injury, illness, and in rare cases worse. You choose whether and how to train. By using BeKaizen you accept that every session, meal, and decision remains yours, and that you'll exercise the judgment the app cannot: stop when something is wrong, and seek professional care when you need it.
You must be at least 16 to use BeKaizen. Keep your credentials to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account. Give the app honest inputs — the coaching is only as good as the data, and dishonest inputs can produce unsafe guidance.
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to break, probe, or overload it; no scraping other people's data (row-level security means there isn't any to scrape — don't try anyway); no reselling or white-labeling the service; no using the coach output to build a competing dataset or train models.
Connecting Apple Health is optional and read-only. You control it and can revoke it in iOS Settings at any time. Our handling of that data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Early access is currently free. If and when that changes, we'll say so clearly in advance inside the app — existing athletes hear it first, and nothing changes retroactively.
The app, site, brand, and coaching system are ours. Your data is yours — we claim no ownership of your logs, results, or the effort behind them. You grant us only the license needed to operate the service for you (store, process, and display your data back to you).
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, during free early access, is zero). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can stop using BeKaizen and delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms — with an explanation, because that's how we'd want to be treated.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes belong to the competent courts of Tel Aviv, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
If these terms change materially, we'll notify you in the app before the change applies. Continued use after notice means acceptance.
