An AI athlete coach that holds your full picture — cardio, strength, fueling, and mind — and re-plans every day around a concrete goal with a date (say, a 40:00 10k for preseason). It's not a plan generator you download once; it's a coaching staff fused into one brain you talk to daily.
Two things. First, the four disciplines actually talk to each other: your fueling adapts to what training became today, strength is scheduled so it never sabotages tomorrow's run, and your mental state can override a physically "green" day. Second, the math is honest — your goal gets a feasibility verdict at intake, and every four weeks a measured time trial re-anchors the plan to reality.
No — and this matters. Deterministic sports-science code owns all the math: your progression, daily limits, fueling targets, safety thresholds. The AI handles the conversation and chooses within those limits. It can never silently push you past what the plan allows.
You get coached, not punished. A rough check-in converts hard sessions to easy ones on the spot, with a warm one-line explanation. Your streak survives on honesty — logging "I skipped today" keeps it alive. Only silence breaks it, and even then you get one free save a week.
The game rewards the process, never the volume. Checking in, logging honestly, fueling in range, capturing one daily win — that's what scores. Resting on a planned rest day earns full completion credit. Training against a red-readiness day earns zero, on purpose. The game and the coach never disagree.
iPhone first. BeKaizen reads sleep, resting heart rate, and workouts from Apple Health — which means Garmin, COROS, WHOOP, and Zwift data flows in today if their apps sync to Apple Health (most do, one toggle). Direct wearable connections and Android are on the roadmap. Manual entry always works: three taps, no typing.
Your data is used for one thing: coaching you. We don't sell it, we don't run ads, and Apple Health data is never used for marketing (Apple forbids it, and so do we). AI processing runs through an API that doesn't train models on your data. Full details in the privacy policy.
No, and it won't pretend to. BeKaizen is decision support. It's explicitly built to recognize when something needs a professional — injury signs, under-fueling, mental health red flags — and to stop optimizing and refer you out when it does.
It will tell you once, honestly, what that costs (protein distribution science is real), offer the best compromise, and then respect your choice. Your call — the coach makes the most of whatever you choose. No nagging. Ever.
Early access is free while we build with our first athletes. Pricing comes later, and early-access athletes will hear it from us first, honestly, before anything changes.

A small team that believes the destination is reached by empowering the journey — 改善 (kaizen): small, honest, daily improvement. The first user is an athlete chasing a 40:00 10k. The app exists because the plan that gets you there isn't the one on paper — it's the one that adapts to who you are today.
